Is there a fuse box under the hood?

Hey guys, I'm trying to troubleshoot a radio problem (it has no power - long story, gf was driving car while I was out of town, she left the aftermarket HID lights on and her friend jumped it but crossed the polarities! doh!) anyway, I checked all the fuses on the left side of the dash and all those look fine. I recall a long time ago that there was also a fuse box under the hood? I tried looking tonight but couldn't find anything resembling a fuse box.

I've already ordered the radio pull out tools from ebay, I'm hoping there are also fuses in the radio and that those just need to be replaced.

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

There is a 5 amp on the back of the radio.
