Have you driven a rear wheel drive car? Rear wheel drive cars are WAY better on dry streets, but not wet or slippery.

I've looked around in the forums and not found the thread, so I'm going to ask you guys here. Why does Audi continue to build front wheel drive cars? When I was test driving the 1.8T cab the dealer said that front wheel drive is superior in the wet and snow and that many of his customers traded their bmws for front drive audis. So perhaps there's an element of sales-speak, but given that MB and BMW are RWD, what is Audi's reason for sticking with front wheel drive?

audi offers a few FWD models but generally, audi pushes their quattro system. its their stock and trade really... RWD is the funnest but too much power or wet/slick conditions, AWD will rule. It makes most audis incapable of extreme launches or donuts but ive really grown to love it

Default 2005 vs 2005.5 ?

I recently purchased an A4 3.0 Quattro Cabriolet & was surprised to note that my car has the newer double cup holder in the console & the two pop out drawers in the dash like the 2006. I guess that my 2005 is a late 2005 released just prior to the 2005.5 with the 3.2.
