Congrats, I recently did the same, from a 2001.5 A4 to an 2006 A3 3.2. Quite an upgrade!
I am using a set of stock B5 RS4/Celebration rims. The bolt pattern and hub bore is the same. The A4 wheels offset is about 1 cm off, so the wheels stick out a bit, but I think it looks more aggressive. |

Not sure what the wheel size from your B5 is, but the stockers for the A3 is 5x112 w/ ET56
