Default 2005 Audi A8 (SWB)

Hello all! I've been reading a ton on this forum and have learned a lot! 2 days ago I bought my very first car. 2005 Audi A8 (SWB). I've only driven it for 2 days but I'm completely enamored with it. Here are some pictures! I have some questions including asking for help but I'll do that in a bit.

does anyone have a VAG-COM with the 2 MMI update CDs that I could use? i'm in the new york city area but wouldn't mind driving (who would with this car) if yes, dinner and a few cold ones would be on me.

Default success! updated mmi firmware!!

so i have successfully updated the mmi firmware. i completed it using the TSB and guidelines found in the links below. also i did it without any battery charger connected. just rolled down the windows and shut off/down every electrical thing i could find. each update (there are 2 of them) took roughly 30 min. the cds are available for your usage. i'm in new york city.

for reference you're looking at the first row of numbers. i went from 10.7 to 33.6 to 41.4

I'm glad to see that the update process went well. I'm pretty sure you see and overal improvement with the mmi and there should be no compatibility issues.
