Peter is long gone and so is the yard. Most cars went to Colorado Auto Salvage and the building was cleaned out. A new yard was set to open, however Englewood does not want another salvage yard in that location.

Thats interesting - the other day I drove by I went down to Colorado Auto Salvage and they did have a few Audis but not very many - only a couple 5Ks and 200Q. I wonder what happened to all the 4KQ and coupes he had? Last time I talked to him he supposedly had bought something like 10 4KQs but you could never tell if he was just blowing smoke!!

Its been a few months. I bet a 4k would not last long in a normal yard before being crushed.

Your probably right - there was a 4KQ at Colorado Auto about 9 months ago and it had the radiator and all the front end. I went back to get the radiator a week later and it was gone so I did get all the rest of the front end parts - lights grill etc.
