Default Why move ACNA Nomination deadline date up if in 200SIX and 2008 are same deadline date: Nov 30?

"Josh, somebody told you the Nominations date was changed to July 31 from Aug 15 to save the ACNA money.

That doesn't ring true if you look at older elections like in 2006: Aug 15 Nominations deadline and the exact same return ballot "postmarked" deadline date as now in 2008.

Both return ballot dates are Nov 30 in 2006 AND 2008. Check your 2008 Fall QQ between page 46 & 47

So where are the savings? Somebody isn't being truthful to you.

He changed his mind after the deadline passed.

That isn't right.

Karen pointed out that an earlier deadline would save the club a bunch (like $7-10k) of money.
