Default No touchscreen Nav in 2008? That is lame. The dial input is slow and painful !!

C'mon audi. You can get a touchscreen nav on a Nissan Altima for god's sake and it costs 25k less !!

Default I like the Idea of not having finger prints and smudges on the NAV screen

Default dial is ok if it take voice commend... touch screen is not as fool proof as ppl think...

you need to calibrate the screen often otherwise it will not function properly over time.

Default I don't like the dial.

After using touchscreen navis in Hondas and Acuras (which, I understand are moving away from touchscreens themselves?), it's much more intuitive and easier to enter addresses.

But, I can live with the dial since that's all they've got. It's a minor thing to me.

Default Not sure what touchscreen you're talking about, but...

the one in our Honda Odyssey and the one in our in-law's TL had never needed recalibration.

Default also the new 2008 Accord lost the touchscreen Navi. TSX will likely follow.
