License plate bulb (festoon) change out

I recently followed another thread on A5OC.com to change out my license plate bulbs to 1 watt LEDS. Looks pretty good, I think:

The other forum thread has detailed instructions including which bulb is appropriate to prevent "Bulb Failure" warnings and such.

WOuld love to do that. Haven't checked that link yet, but where did you get the bulbs?

They had the correct bulb that wouldn't cause a bulb failure warning like some LEDs. Install only took about ten minutes.

Rims, breaks, will come later.

to follow the instructions on the other thread. The bulb cables can slip back if not properly handled. Just use caution as the other thread instructions detail.
