Default Obsessing over car!!! Wait is so long, ordered October, but no allocation yet!

Man, this wait is killing me, I was told February time frame for delivery, this is the first car I've really wanted in a long time. She was so purty and fun to drive. What can I do to pass the time?

I ordered mine in September, still no allocation. Dealer told me that there were no allocations for the S5 in the month of Novermer. Not just my dealer, but I think all dealers in the U.S. Not sure how true this is. Either way the wait is killing me also guy.

Default I'm running out of sky miles! Pretty sad I dreamed about the car ... that's pretty lame it's an

inanimate material object, but it's so pretty. Tao himself would be rolling over in his grave.

Default At least you can sleep.... I stay up all night thinking about it

BTW, I ordered mine yesterday after shopping around three different Atlanta Audi dealers, trying to get some good incentives as they wont budge on the MSRP. Anyways, Nalley and Jim Ellis had received their allocations, whilst Gwinnett Audi had not. Don't know if they were just trying to scare me into buying, but Nalley said they already sold 3 of only 4 allocated S5's. I didn't come to find out how many Jim Ellis had, but they told me I was the 5th person to order from their current allocation. Delivery is Feb, or 10-12 weeks from yesterday. Oh, and incentives.... Nothing from Nalley, A 4 night trip to Orlando from Gwinnett, and at Jim Ellis, a free accessory for the car from the Audi Catalog, a free scheduled service, some free details, and a free 3M front clear bra. Next, is trying to get rid of the stupid $399 service charge (goes toward paying for loaner car program, and a tank of petrol, ect...). If they will drop that, I will be content with the bargaining.

Default Ordered mine in mid Sept...

Right now my ETA is the week of Jan. 7th. However, the car is not even in production. My area sales rep was here yesterday and she cringed when I asked her about S5 deliveries.
She said mine for was released for production, but is basically waiting to go into the plant. I'm realistically looking at late Jan/early Feb.-Sprint Blue/Black/carbon

Odd ... that a dealership would offer free service as an incentive? Aren't you getting Audi care package which covers service, that's like $500 extra or something. A free trip would be a pretty nice incentive. Which one did you take?

Default Ah damn the S5 pics in your picture poster are right at Jim Ellis Atlanta haha, I went for a ride in

the one on the right when my car was getting detailed before I took delivery. Probably within like a few days of when you took that pic. Sorta strange lol the black A4 behind the S5's is the other car I was looking at and they moved it there from their lower lot for me to look at
