Default We should sign a petition to make the nuvolari a production....

that car is just so damn beautiful, destroys the merc CL with its pontiac butt, makes the 6 series look like a toy, and imagine the sales audi would get as an A5 rather than theoretical A7 model (lower price range).....

I wonder what rupert stadler was smoking, Winterkons era gave us much better Audis...

after looking at it again today, I just cant make out what to think of the headlights, its sooooooooooooooo 1980's' mercedes E class like....

just my 2 cents, dont get mad if u love the car, I respect that too.

Default i wrote a nuvolari petition years ago

i think it's pretty clear now that we won't be getting it- the a5 is the closest we'll be getting.

i like the A5, but it's no nuvolari. it's still better than the ugly BMWs and boring Benzes.

Default I'll sign. What happened to concept cars making it to production virtually unchanged? Looks to me

that they changed every body panel and feature of the Nuvolari on this A5 production model. The TT is looking better to me after seeing these A5 preliminary pics ...

Not that the A5 is bad, its just that it feels like a letdown. It looks so ordinary and I cant see it standing out over the 335 and G35 Coupes that are running around. This just doesnt get the blood going, thats all.

Hopefully the performance is incredible...

Default The Nuvolari would have looked dated by the time it made it into production

Default underwhelming. I think the A5 will look better in the flesh than in pictures

I think if this car came out a couple years ago we'd be saying it was a clean design, not bland.

Default Agree. New A5 is a somewhat dissapointment compared to the Nuvolari

The front is ok but not as nice as the Nuvolari. The rear end of the new A5 is what strikes me as not going with the flow of the car, specifically the tail lights... they just don't seem to wrap around smoothly with the flow of the curves of the car.

I do like the interior but I hope they offer more striking interior/exterior colors on this model.

Default 2nd

I think that Audi hit the nail on the head this time. This is one that will grow on people, and I think rather quickly.

Once everyone sees 'in the flesh' pictures and different colors, the dismay will fade.

Default The Nuvolari is a beautiful design but...

I think it has too many similarities to the new TT. The A5 has a more "elegant" look and will appeal to a broader audience. My two cents....
