Default DRC - 'parts' are in

Need some help - Dealer said that my parts are in. Serv Adv gave my Web info from the forum to her techs and they ordered what was available for my car. No 'b' designation. She then told me that not all info on the Web is correct....I just want the best parts installed. Could it be that Audi is now only offering one part number, minus the 'b', but with better seals?
They did not take any extra time to call the regional guys, AoA, etc...
Do any of you who have had the new parts installed have your service invoice with the new parts on it? Can you scan and put on the forum for the rest of us fighting the DRC battle?
Any other suggestions?
Thanks,
JT

Default My answer: most service advisors are know nothings specially when it comes to the RS4

It would be helpful if we can get this info documented so we can go to the dealer with ammo.

Default I looked at my recent repair

from 2 weeks ago, all 4 shocks and 3 central accumulators were replacedd.

The fronts had the 'b' extension, the rears had no extension. Hope this helps

Default UPDATE

Thanks to a couple guys on the forum with a history with the new parts and some pressure on the dealer from me I will be getting the new parts on the front and rear.
Lesson Learned: These parts do exist and some dealers may not have any experience. Insist that they call the regional tech service people. Although it took several calls and emails to them, they finally did it and the correct parts are on order. Also, the regional guys said to replace the backs with the fronts. My backs were not leaking.
