Does the RS4 come out of the factory with the first oil they put into it?

Then after do they drain the 2nd oil into the factory engine part from transport

Initial factory fill until the owner changes it.
First service is free and most change between 1-2K miles, the manual recommends 5K.

IIRC, Scott drank his factory fill at the port and refilled with that Bio ****.

we don't know, but it's doubtful that the oil is changed out
