Custom RS4-Logo Floormats on flEbay

Ordered from flEbay three weeks ago. Sent at least 1/2 dozen emails and cannot get an invoice so I don't know what to pay (there's numerous options and the pricing is inconsistent depending upon the source).

Anybody who has dealt with this company have any good advice?
