Default best launch procedure?

i've done a search around here, but i just wanted to confirm that to get the best launch time with the 2.0T, you press on the break your left foot, put in sport, hold down the traction control button until ESP/ASR are off, raise to about 3500 rpm and remove foot from break?

Default ASR needs to be off, but not both.

Default I can't stand the ASR/ESP.. it is constantly kicking in and seems like it's hard on the drivetrain.

Default True. Try it with 300hp! My comment about ASR was specific for Launch Control...

Seems that the LC, with just ASR off, behaves as if the ASR and ESP is off.
