Where do you guys print your pano's?

Panos come in all different shapes/sizes that regular printing sites don't do.

For 6" height, it's 1.25 for every 6". For 12" height, it's 2.50 for every 6" (IIRC). You can also print elsewhere in more normal aspect ratios and trim off the white space when you receive the print, but that's probably more expensive since they're charging you for paper you won't be using.
