TSB #2013874/3 Creaking/Rattling Panoramic Sunroof

I complained about this at my 5000 miles service; dealer noted as per this TSB, "cleaned & lubed sliding lugs of sunroof glass & seals to reduce friction & creaking noises". This worked for my 2008 Q, and I'm pleased that Audi recognized that there was an issue on some Q7's. They test drove my Q and verified the repair.

I just performed that bulletin on a 5k, if so nice S-line. I always wonder how many people actually read the paperwork.

Even after the TSB, I had to bring mine in again and they had to make mechanical adjustments to get the roof to stop creaking/rattling. So, be prepared!

They replaced all my A/C vent motors and oil pressure housing right after the car was received. It was the first one they did for both and have not had one rattle or complaint!
