Problem with Q7

My problem is that I still don't have my ordered Q7 (Oct 7) and I'm going crazy waiting. Anyone else experience this defect? Seriously, I am so ready to see my baby and turn in the A4 loaner.

The wait is KILLING ME!!!

Johhny,

I think you must have placed your order around the same time I did. Mine was held up in Houston in port three weeks for a quality control issue. Audi got it corrected and I just picked mine up this last Saturday. Do you know what the port of entry was?

Check with your dealer. There should be a VIN and some sort of info that the dealer has on where the hell it is. If he says he doesn't he's full of crap. They get status print outs weekly.

but they don't give me specific info. I found out last week that it should be here soon even though I had asked to be kept informed which I thought would mean letting me know when it was on the boat. Guess I wasn't specific enough.

I'll give them a call tomorrow.

I've already paid 4K on my loan and the I haven't even endorsed the check over to the dealer yet. I had my credit union fund the loan last week and I like to pay things off ahead of schedule.

Guess I like to do things differently.

I placed my order on Oct 12 was told it would be arriving in Houston on Dec 5 then last week they told me Dec 12. It's possible that our Q's are on the same boat.

Deal done on October 7th. Traded my 05 Denali XL in and kept it until the 15th of November cause they didn't want more miles on it. I've been driving an A4 or a Q7 since.

Great dealer.

loaded on the train on the 12th and scheduled to be at the dealer the week of the 25th. That sounds about right to me since I am here in Seattle.

Sounds like our Q's were on the same boat.

Let me know if you experience any problems with your door bolts, as some people in previous posts are having delivery problems because of it.
