Default V8Q - no acceleration poor top speed

I have Audi V8 Quattro 1992 sedan (Left Hand Drive). On 15th September, I got oil and oil filter changed from a garage then same day I drove about 70km afterwards. The next day on 16th (Saturday) I was coming back to my home from market and I felt that car was not accelerating while I was pressing the gas pedal. I stopped on red signal and it was difficult for the car to get to the speed. I felt for the first time with my Audi doing like this. Anyway I drove for 2km and reached home at a speed of 40km/hr. I lifted the bonnet and I saw a lot of blue coloured smoke coming from the air filter side (backside) of the engine. Now since then I have not started my car. I checked the oil level on dipstick, which I feel is little above the maximum mark. What do you think the problem has occurred? Is the catalyst converter damaged? Will it start working by draining some amount of the oil? What should I do as I have no Audi service or parts shop in my town? How much is the price of catalyst converter for my model and how can I get it if, in case I need it?

Anyway I removed core of both cat on 21st sep.no smoke from engine but no acceleration and top speed about 80km/hr?? wht z the problem?any solution?

Thanks a lot.
