Boost 3.2 HP from 255 to 300

New to the Audi world and just purchased a 2005.5 Audi A4 3.2 Can anyone tell me how I can boost the 3.2 HP from 255 to 300 without voiding the factory warranty?

Similar displacements, completely different engines.

You will need race cats, exhaust, cams, intake, pulleys, chip better oil, and that should put you a little over..and under in your wallet..

Where is a good place to find performance parts for 05.5 or 06 A6's?

Okay just read the article about the preview of the Audi B8 S4 with a 3.0 liter Bi-turbo. Confused here...still no after market turbo or super charger kit for the 3.2? Yet Audi is going to make it stock in an S4. Also does this mean no more S4 with the 4.2?

Unitronic chip that would add about 20hp.
