Sounds like perhaps your shocks might be worn and need replacing.

so replaced them already...i just found out that i have the 2 lower control arms to fix. I forgot about them. thank you tho!

You may have a loose steering rack. Check out a bentley manual and see if the instructions on the "centering bolt" adjustment are there. Try that first before doing anything else.
