Default Tire Pressure on 235/40 18? (more)

I had a set of Falkens on my B6 that I moved to my B7 and if my memory is correct I only got about 15K out of two of them. (the ones that have been upfront twice) Wears bars are totally even with the tread.

I'm wondering if I'm not keeping the tire pressure correct, granted I'm in FL and the roads are hot but I think I should get more out of them than 15K!

I just ordered Falken Ziex Ze 912 today. What do you think I should keep the tire pressure at since I rotate every 5K?

I drive "normal" on the roads but sometimes take a quick turn on the corners..........

Default living in Baltimore, I typically keep/kept my tires (on both my B6 and B7) around 37lbs...

recommended spec on the sticker was between 35 and 39 iirc, so I went right in the middle, allowing for the fact that I usually drive on my own but occasionally will have a passenger or two...bear in mind though that I'm in Baltimore, which has a very different climate from a temperature standpoint....what pressure have you been keeping your tires at?

Default I don't know...

here in Baltimore County, they strategically put the inset manhole covers right in your driving line....oh, about every 50ft :-\
