Default Headlight finally fixed

Ballast/igniter replaced - 8P0 907 391. Looks like they had to remove a coolant pipe to get at it then a pressure test of the cooling system afterwards.

Guess our cars aren't made to do quick ballast changes like changing the whole back end of the R8 race car!

Default Thanks fo the update. Do you know if the problem caused a fault to be stored in the ECU?

Default Not sure

When I first brought in the car they couldn't find any fault code at first but then they got the light to fail then the fault appeared. Not sure if they were referring to the fault that appeared on the DIS or something in the vagtool.

Hmmm I just noticed that they have a steering rack on back order..... guess they forgot to delete that after I told them my steering was perfectly fine
