Yes to both... if you go to Audiusa.com you can use the "Build Your Own" feature...
and just hover over the available colors.

my B6 is Ebony Pearl- I wouldn't say it's more "shiny"
depending on the light- it can be either a deeper, richer black than metallic, or a grayish black (if it's really sunny out). I love the color.
