this is the B7 forum - the car is not out yet.
I would think the only reason for not taking the car to the dealer is because you are out of warranty. This problem appears to be a issue of when the car is warm/hot - could be a relay or a bad sensor. You need to get it to a shop that can read the codes and determine what is wrong. The codes themselves may not indicate the problem - only a symptom (i.e. a bad o2 reading does not necessarily mean you have a bad o2 sensor)
