Default Audi Rear Window Sunshield, Power Retrofit, Manual Sunshades or Tinting?

I came across the linked "Audi Rear Window Sunshield" and wondered if anyone knows about it. My A6 doesn't have the side/rear sunshade kit, and my kiddos are baking back there. Does anyone have experience with this accessory and have comments, is there a way to retrofit the power rear-shade (or side-shades), or is there another good option?

Audi Rear Window Sunshield A6

I had the manual rear window sunshield added to my '08 S6. I didn't get the package with the power unit because it came with the solar roof which I didn't want or need (I live in the Seattle area). My dealer packaged it into my deal and I paid about $200 to have the dealer install it. I'll try to remember to take a picture of it and post it.

Default My A6 has the power sunscreen. It helps a lot but not as good as a high quality window film.

I used the best film Formula One offers, (made from Ceramic) and it really looks great and keeps inside temps down. I will also use the rear sunscreen during the hot Florida sun too in the summer, (but not needed).
Just go get your windows tinted. But---- Have it prof. installed and use a high quality film.

I have it also in my A6 but prefer the tinting which I have in my S6.

Did the tinting change the radio reception? What type of tint did you use?

I have the OEM power rear and manual side sunshades, and they work well.

Not withstanding that some folks are taking about quality tinting, does anyone know if professional installation is in fact required for this sunshade retrofit? I had a wiper arm break on me, the dealer sold me a new arm, saying I would need to pay an additional $50 for installation since they would have re-synchronize the wiper system?!?!?!? I chose to disregard them, install it myself, the wiper performed perfectly without re-synchornization... Hence the reason I'm asking.

Default Retrofitting w/ or w/o dealer

This is part of my question. It looks like you can get the manual rear sunshade and, if you can get the parts, you can do a power rear sunshade. If I could get the parts reasonably and there's already some wiring back there for it, it seems like I could install one. Also, for the manual shade, the Audi site notes you might need pro installation too, but I can't be sure.

As a side note, does anyone know the cheapest place to get the genuine parts and how to perhaps identify the parts needed for the power unit?
