Default Air cleaner off. Should I replace coil packs or just the plugs.

I see my car has the more reliable Hitachi coil packs and Vagcom doesn't show any misfires when I data log so I'm wondering if I should just replace them or just do the plugs and leave well enough alone. I pulled the housing off to change the N75 & plugs, I'm at 51K miles.
