hey guys what is the "sound enhancing exhaust option"

i'm from the B5 S4 forum. I was just browsing the Audiusa.com website and saw the option of a sound enhancing exhaust. what is that? thanks

Since turbos are much quieter than N/A motors, this marvel of engineering actually creates sound pulses to mimic the growl of a V8 muscle car .. sounds wonderful.. Its kinda funny as all the sound from this car comes out the rear..

mainly just for sound. not much performance gain out of it really. i think it's pointless, as i like to keep the dB as low as possible, but that's just my opinion. Unless, we're talking about significant performance gain with having to compensate for the low decible, then I'd definetely go for it. Regardless of how loud it is. =)
