Default Light throttle Hesistation/Miss?!

Ok i have a slight problem, while taking off going light throttle the car will hesistate and then pick up if you tap the gas a little more. When revving in neutral its a clearly audible miss-fire did the dark test and #6 wire was arcing on fuel line, fixed that and still does it.
Possibilities: Dirty MAF- Did have to remove to install new ISV when the problem worsened.
Plugs/Plug wires about 6k on plugs and unknown on wires. Maybe im missing some small thing that could cause this problem, Oh and no know vac. leaks : )

Let me hear your idea's!
thanks
dustin.

Simply attaching an oversized lawn mower muffler to your '84 Civic does not constitute "Import Tuned"

you need to replace the rubber seal between the plastic intake plenum and the intake manifold. Mine was doing the same thing only to find that i had a vaccum leak around there
