but since I don't, I'm not any good. I thought Mance had posted some info on the regular AFC cams, and MAYBE stuff on the AAH cams, but don't hold me to that. Do a quick search and something might come of it... but I can't tell ya to be honest.

require an oil that meets the VW valve train wear spec PV-5106, which is part of VW 502.00.

But you are right of course, this isn't an oil forum -- which I pointed out just yesterday.
