The M5.9 engine management system used on those engines does not have a manifold pressure sensor (hence it can't tell VAG-COM the how much boost there is) nor does it calculate torque.
Measuring blocks 115 and 120 only exist on ME7 (Drive-By-Wire). -Uwe-
