HOPEFULLY FINAL UPDATE: Audi S4 cold start issues.... YAY!!!!!!
I decided to go the the manager of the service department and basically pleade my case like a person ready to implode. I told him I felt absolutely helpless in this situation and to please view all of my videos.
This gentleman, Jeff at Bramman Audi In West Palm Beach, called me back today after viewing every one of my videos and said he felt for me and he was replacing the starter and the starter relay. He said his ownly stipulation is that if the problem does not go away then they cant replace more parts until the have an absolute total failure. No problem for me. I feel an immense weight lifted. I can finally enjoy my car more after having had it be a sore spot for 10 months of it's 12 months ownershihp.
