Default Brakes in St.Louis 04 A6 2.7T S - Package

Howdy Midwest forum. I'm new to the whole Audi experience. Enjoying it greatly. Bought a 04 A6 2.7T with the S-Line package. It has 19000 miles on it and sounds like the rear brakes are shot. Sort of a grinding sound just started yesterday. I was told the Audi brakes tend to squeek so didn't pay much attention to the "normal" warning signs. Anyone know what rear brakes will cost and a reputible place other than the standard dealers in st.Louis to go. Appreciate any help.

Default Manchester...

Obligatory timing belt picture. Three timing belt jobs done, two more scheduled.

As for the brakes, it isn't a difficult job. I'd go with ceramic brakes to cut down on the dust. I like EBC pads but you could probably throw most anything on there.
