Default New to STL. Who's the go-to Audi dealership here? Favorite service writer? Hourly fees? Loaners?

TIA

Default Parktown imports

Great customer service.

Loaners: from experience its first come first serve for an Audi loaner. Otherwise you'll get a rental from down the street. The secret is to drop your car off when they open (7am) for an Audi loaner.

Fees: don't know, all mine is warranty/free maintenance work.

Service writer: from my experience all were cool to me.

They are also STL Club sponsers.

Default Plaza is more expensive, but...

they have always seemed to be able to get parts quicker. They overnighted a gasket for me so I could get it on a Saturday.

Default I have had Audi's for years...

...and have purchased cars from both dealers. I stick with Parktown because of great customer service, good techs and understanding service writers. (Hey, I am picky!)I also find them easy and enjoyable to purchase from.

I certainly don't have any big issues with Plaza, but prefer Parktown on all points.

My 2 cents.

Default Let's not forget...

Parktown supports the Audi Club and Plaza DOES NOT!

S4bloom. There is no particular reason I posted this under your's other than I read your's first.

Default Thanks everyone. This is great info! Now, anyone ever used either with Audi's extended warranty?

I got the extended warranty on my '05 S4. It seemed like a decent price, was very extensive coverage, and seemed like fair insurance on such an expensive car (for me anyway).

Having said that, I am still under warranty!
