I'd post on the Chicago forum as well, but opinions are mixed. I had a great experience...bought car at the price I was looking for which was thousands less than other non-cpo'd cars.
What impressed me the most, was not only the quantity of cars they had on the lot, but how open they were. I drove up a old Jetta TDI...was greeted immediately (not the toyota dealership way). I told them what car I wanted to check out. Immediately they pulled the car, washed it and handed me the keys. Didn't frisk me for ID or Insurance or whatever. That had just happened to me up the road a a very large Audi dealership the same day. I talked to the owner while I was waiting for the car to be detailed before I left. He said he sells something like 240 cars a month! No service, nothing else...just sells cars. The only other suggestion would be to make sure you buy a warranty with the car...but that's a different issue! Good luck!
