I got screwed by my dealership.

1. If this is an Audi Dealer, I would suggest taking the car in and tell them that you are concerned they are not Xenons. Ask them to show you that they are. The sales person can only lose in this situation. I find it hard to believe that they would screw a potential future customer by something this small.

If this is an Audi Dealer and they screwed you, consider explaining that you are a member of ACNA (I assume you are)and that every local member will be notified of what happenned. (First get the local number of members, so you can tell them the number of people.)

2. If it is not an Audi Dealer, but you have it in writing and they can't prove they installed xenons; you will win in small claims court. If it isn't in writing, you have learned to get it in writing next time.
