Default Columbus OH B5P5 event @ Auto Assets Aug. 27

Details at www.autoassets.com Should be a good time for all euros specifically the Audi/VW crowd. Complete with food, show, and there's always cool stuff laying around their shop to drool over.

I'll be up there all day promoting some detailing and there will be detailing prizes given away among other things from the fellow sponsors.

Even cheap dyno runs to the first 10 to commit...3 pulls for $50 (but unfortuatly you'll have to be fronttrack like me as it's only a 2 wheel dyno )

Would anyone planning to attend the event happen to be bringing a VAG Comp. and know if it's possible to do the VAG mods on an '01.5. Searched AW and their seems some issues for an '01.5, plus Byers Audi in Columbus told me they couldn't. Auto Assests do Revo, or Nuespeed ECU flashing for an 01.5?

Last year I met a couple of S4 guys that had the VAG software on their computers and offered to reprogram the shift points on my TIP tranny if i wanted to get together...I'm sure a little conversation with the right folks could probably find you someone willing to help. I'm sure Auto Assets has it too but you'll likely have to pay for their services.

As for the Software, Auto Assets is a GIAC dealer and GIAC is one of the event sponsors so there's a chance if you sign up you might even win some sort of GIAC prize (although I'm not sure what it's going to be). They used to do REVO as well and I'm not sure if they still use them or not.

Great, I'll try and track you or your silver S4 down. SPOWERD right? I should be there around 11:00am.
