Need your help, possibly relocating to Kansas City, some ??? to fellow AW's!

Hi, seriously considering to move to KC, can you guys/gals help me, please?

What would be a nice area/county to live? We have 3 kids, 10 (twins...) and 12, schools are the most important issue.

Any input would be highly appreciated! Time to leave Salt Lake City.

I'm from the Kansas City area, but lived in Salt Lake myself the last 4 years. Moved back to Missouri about 2 years ago. Really miss the valley!!

k2enemy is right about where you will working. If its downtown.....it doesn't matter, every which was is bad. But there are areas to avoid if your commute is long. Where is your job location?

Try looking in Liberty. Its north of the river and a growing area. New homes, close to the airport, and the commute to downtown is no longer than any of the rest of them. If you are looking to buy a home go to reeceandnichols.com just to browse the houses in the area. If you want a tour of the city or to get together sometime drop me an email....

I love it where i am been here since i was 5 in overland park and leawood.. i am only about 28 min from the airport myself ..In kansas city 5the city is split half in kansas and half in missouri.. I personally think and believe the ks schools are much better than in mo. i went to shawnee mission school district and i turned out good..haha..blue valley is also good.. Just really depends on what you like and what you like to live around let me know if you have any other questions and if you do need a realestate agent I know a great on with reece and nichols good personal friend and she drives a audi too!!!
