Default your relay switch is busted

contrary to popular belief, its not your blinker fluid.

Default replace hazard switch/button, the relay is connected to it. Mine did the same thing!

Default Yes hazard still worked, it's the relay components for the turn signals that go bad (in hzrd rly bx)

the only other thing it could be is loose turn signal bulbs.

Default it is connected/behind the hazard relay button (assuming you have a b5?)

you have to pull off the trim piece and then pull out the hazard switch and unplug it. That's it iirc.

Default your car is starting to fail

the lights are the first thing to go...

I will buy it for $350.00, that seems to be the going rate for Nogaro, yes?

I have no insight for your blinker fluid issue. You did check the level didn't you?
