Default I used a regular big ol' C-clamp to do the rears...

which is probably better at applying the pressure needed. these are obviously cheap to pick up.
How are your current pads? your car seems relatively new so I'm guessing they're still 'thick'. this makes for an easier swap as the caliper won't hav to be retracted too much.

Sounds barbaric but this does work in a pinch. Big C-clamp AND a pair of channel-lock pliers. Tighten the clamp's screw end against the piston and turn the piston with the channel locks. Then repaeat the process until the piston is fully retracted. Be careful not to tear the dust boot. Or go buy the tool, whatever works. Good Luck

Default caliper tool set is $20.00 at harbor freight tools

it has the teeth in it to spin and push the piston in.

Default Here it is. I highly recommend doing it right! Do not take a chance with your brakes!
