I remember one year Elk Lake froze solid enough to drive on it
Played night hockey by the headlights. Lots of snow that year too. Around 1964 I think.

shwatka = good for that. Paddy's pond in hillcrest = use to skate on
the town use to flood a rink in the middle of a park behind my house... that was sweet
sigh whitehorse has changed. Not sure for the better. It use to be a lot simpler up there see you in a few days :P
