Special Destination Icons don't show up

How do I make these icons show up in my home city. They show up for every other hamlet, village, town, city I have driven through but not Edmonton. They show up for Sherwood park and St. Albert (which border Edmonton). Edmonton doesn't even show up when I do searches for restaurants etc.

Anyone know the answer?

I don't think so. Both my old, version 6, and current version show icons.

Maybe it is your MMI which needs to be updated?

Maybe it has to do with Southgate's technicians? I could never get them to do any updates, Nav or MMI. Did them myself.

..and now that is is bothering me, I don't think it has ever notice edmonton. The only thing I can think of is that I set something to ignore all the special dest. icons as they were bugging me at the time. Unfortunately, I don't know how to reverse it. If I reset it to factory settings, will I lose the destinations I have saved?
