Default Great, first issue with the car. Engine is spudding at idle, no more than 3-4psi of boost. Arggg..

No CEL. Could be a boost leak.

Default Issue solved. Too embrassed to say what it was.

All I have to say is use a clamp instead of a tie-wrap when there's about 18-20lb psi...

Carry on...

Default Ed, can you please give me some more details? ...

I'm interested in this valve (they are currently sold out). In Forge's installation instructions, I see tie wraps used for all connectors. Were you missing the tie wraps from Forge's kit? I assume that you used clamps for the vacuum tap. Did you also use a clamp for the attachment of the vacuum line to the new valve?

Default I don't remember if there were any tie-wraps but I did use them on the small lines on the actual DV

Click the image to open in full size.

but the clamps are a must where the vacuum taps are. Also, you'll need maybe about 4" of a 10mm ID hose for the vacuum lines.

I actually hit 21psi today

Here's a link to a DIY from an Audizine member.
