Default Stage 3 10000k xenons V.S. Stage 3 6000k

This is how my low beams look now, with 10000k bulbs and 50W Auserwald ballasts:

....and from below the beam cut-off:

You will notice the "hint" of blue from the cooler temp bulbs.

...and a close-up (yes, I need to wash my car):

If you look closely, you can see the "yellow" glow of the bluevision city lights..just terrible. Hopefully that situation will improve with the white or blue LED lights I just ordered.

A couple months ago I was using 6000k Philips Ultinons with the same ballasts,; so here are pics of those for comparison:

The Ultinons are not as yellow as the pics may portray. They are almost a pure white with blue overtones as you get to the transition of the beam cut-off. You can't beat the shear light output of the 6000k's with 50W's, but the 10000k's is the colour I was looking for.

Default What are you doing with the 6000K setup? (more)

I have an S4, and as you know, it does not come with xenon. Are you interested in selling your old setup? E-mail me (kmvk2000@yahoo.ca). I am in Toronto.
