Default Are 19" wheels too big for Toronto (bad roads) driving? Let me know what you think.

Default I think so... potholes in the spring suck *** in T.O...

I have 18's and cringe everytime I hit a hole.
Once I even bent one of my 17" Avus's...
I suppose I should look ahead when I'm driving. =).

Default The potholes are worse this year than I ever remember

I swerved around a few grave-sized holes on the Gardiner this morning... think I saw a Geo Metro at the bottom of one.

The 407 is about the only highway left that is in decent shape.

Default Your asking for trouble with 19s anywhere in Canada.... potholes galore

If you must go with 19s don't be too extravagant. 18s are best.

Default In Montreal you would be asking for trouble! That's why I went with 17's!

Default now you all have me worried

I'm in TO once month in the summer and I'll be running 19s.

Just got to be careful, I guess.

Default for summer only, and only if you drive carefully.

Nothing looks better than 19's though. Tradeoff man, tradeoff.

Default Re: go big or go home

i have 19's with a 30 profile and find thats too low profile but have friends that have same size with 35 profile....no problems.....must keep them inflated properly and you just have to pay alot more attention....you get to know your roads very well, if your gonna be going to new places all the time it could become a problem.....check my profile for pics....good luck, and talk to people that have what you want....they have already gone through what your gonna go through

Default Nothing wrong with 19's, I have them, and don't regret it one bit. Some may be softer then others!
