No the Ultima project was canned. Customs wouldn't let the kit into the country. I am designing and building my own car instead. It will look similar to a Cadillac LMP900 and is powered by a Suzuki hyabusa motor. I am getting quite far with the design and am about two or three months from construction.

They didn't let YOUR kit through customs, or they won't allow any other kits through at all?

As a general rule no kit cars make outside of Canada can be imported regardless of whether they are used on the road or not. They turned mine away at the border and I had to ship it back to the UK.
