Car Inspector suggestions?

i am interested in purchasing an s4 in Kentucky. anyone have any suggestions/recommendations for who to use? the only one I've had experience with is sgs automotive thru ebay. it took them more than a week to inspect a car and i cancelled the request as the auction would have ended before that time

where Kentucky would best fit in. Southeast to me didn't fit as I'm thinking VA,WVA,TN and south, Midwest to me it IO, OH and the like, thanks anyway, I will try there
