like extreme wear due o negligence. Again What is the damage? If you go to court that is what the judge will want ot know as well as cost.

It drove like crap for about 2 weeks, but then it went back to normal. I'm guessing mine was just glazed. My clutch was smoking and smelled like burnt brakes when the car was delivered.
This is something that is so hard to prove and will be such a hassle. Nobody can prove how much wear he caused. Imagine being in front of the jury having to explain you take your car to the race track and beat the hell out of your car, yet some guy in a carwash fried it in 50ft. Life is too short, so I'd say chalk it up to a life lesson, have a couple of beers tonight, and don't worry about it. Good luck.
