Save yourself a 2nd trip by going to the Glen Burnie MVA and getting the tint tested by State Police
Don't know about the H&R Springs though. Your link does not work BTW.

Are all safety inspection place created equally??? does anyone recommend of a place
where they can "oversee" things. How can the inspection place determine if the suspension is not stock? do they lift the car and check the brand? Also for the tint, do they run a meter or they do a visual inspection?
