contact lemon law lawyer...good idea or not?

i've had so many issues with this car it's not worth it anymore...left me stranded, again to walk from the corner of lexington & calvert to my place, right off northern parkway...hopefully it's still there when the wife gets home from work tonight so i can have it towed. thank god for anti-anxiety medicines or you'd get a "flip out" post...

to answer your question, i don't think the lemon law applies to used cars. i'd just sell it to carmax

The warranty covered about everything eventually, right? Other than the fresh fist holes in the your drywall.

but the only thing that concerns me is the extra $$$ that i don't have to pay the car off, how would that work if i didn't trade it in? i just bought it in april and the negative equity will be too much for me to shell out of pocket.

with carmax because they would need the title. will there really be that much neg. equity? i would at least go get a trade-in quote/figure from them soon..then figure out how you can get everything taken care of.

But that'd be illegal

I say sell it now....see if you can trade it in on something else, and roll the amount you owe on this car into the next car. I hate to recommend this to anyone, but I think that financial situation is better than the liability of this car.
