Default I've done that a number of times

move the car...it will most likely end up on the floor...if not dont worry about it. That screw is a pain in the *** and I've left mine out. Lights are held on by the 2 screws at the top and theyre fine

Default did you try a magnet?

You can buy a telescoping magnet in any parts store. It's a small magnet on a telescoping rod, like the antenna from a portable radio. If you're lucky, you can get the magnet near the screw and pick it up.
